New 'Brand Advisory Group' Announced

We are pleased to announce that a new Niagara Original Brand Advisory Group has been formed. This group is in its early stages, but it will provide advice and recommendations to the Niagara Economic Development Corporation (the Brand Administrator & Custodian) to implement and further develop the Brand Strategy.

The preliminary Advisory Group is currently seeking additional members. If you are interested in joining this group or getting involved in branding Niagara, please contact us for more information. Stay tuned for more information in the coming months as the Group develops.


Emerging Sector Videos Feature Brand...in 3D!

Green Energy, Bio-Products and Digital Media are driving Niagara’s new economy. Get a fresh, comprehensive view of each of Niagara’s emerging clusters in four short videos featuring some of the region’s most innovative companies that are leading the charge to redefine the region. The videos were produced by Niagara Economic Development Corporation and feature the Niagara Original brand. The videos even feature the Brand in 3D!

Niagara Week 2011 Featured Niagara Original

Regional Councillors and staff were at Queen’s Park in early May to make the case for several Niagara Region issues and concerns.

The main purpose of Niagara Week is to bring items and initiatives that are unique to the Niagara region to the attention of the Provincial government, and to present them with ‘one voice’.

The Niagara Original brand was used throughout the event featuring styrofoam sectoral icon n's, buttons, banners and more.

'Niagara Social Project' set to Launch

The Niagara Social Project is an innovative music video and social media campaign that will engage Niagara’s businesses, organizations and residents to tell the story about Niagara.

The Niagara Social Project will begin filming this summer throughout Niagara. The goal of the project is to build global awareness of the Niagara region as a perfect location to live, work and play. We're pleased that the Niagara Original brand is being extensively used.
