If approved to use the Niagara Original brand(s) on a non-exclusive, non-assignable license basis, and in consideration of that right, I agree to adhere to the Niagara Original brand Guidelines as described in the Niagara Original Brandbook, as may be amended from time to time by the Niagara Economic Development Corporation, as the owner of the brand(s).

If approved, I also agree to submit a license fee of $5.00 immediately upon notification by NEDC, which shall be a license fee for an initial three (3) year term of this agreement, which may be renewed upon mutual negotiation of the Applicant and NEDC.
